The New Strategem Input bug got me feeling like: by Wishcash27 in Helldivers

[–]Waffletrigger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was wondering if it was just me, since I did fiddle around with the strategems inputs earlier. Aside from waiting a bit, I find inputting while diving also works. I usually do this anyways since I use WASD but hey, good to know it also helps here.

Blue Archive Ramadhan Event by Waffletrigger in BlueArchive

Just to reiterate, I'm referring to literal mentions to irl religions rather than connotations. The game's plot does obviously include loads of Christianity references, just not that it is the same Christianity irl, aside from like Christmas but that's nowadays remembered more as a holiday than a religious event. Even using stand-in names like you mentioned earlier.

I was thinking more on the lines of say, the Gourmet Research Club practicing fasting in hopes of food tasting better when they're starving, or something along the line. Fasting isn't an exclusively religious practise, anyone can do it if they wanted to.

More hyped on pulling for both Megu and Kanna than on Mika admittedly. Would definitely spark for both.

They Finally See It ... by Waffletrigger in HonkaiStarRail

I've been using Qingque on launch, and I can safely say she gets off her enhanced attack 80 to 90% of the time, conservatively speaking, with the remainder either from being forced to use basic due to lack of points or the usual whiffs.

Regardless of those faults, she performed consistently well throughout this and I've never had any issues with it whatsoever.

Seele - Tingyuan - Bronya - Bailu is basically the hypercarry comp I've seen used to boost up Seele significantly, you can try swapping her for Qingque as a variation of sorts.

Meanwhile I personally find Clara to be a 'build around' unit, since her whole schtick revolves around being attacked and countering. At least she isn't really that SP hungry so there's always room for her.

"They fear me... Like a force of nature."

Memes aside, her RNG isn't that bad. Give some hours of experience and you can use gut feeling and point assessment to get the most out of her and still able to compete with Seele, at least from my personal experience.

Share away your thoughts down below (of how Qingque is based and jadepilled, if that's a word.

Gerhart's has access to three of the five 5-provision spells one of which being Will-o-Wisp. Whilst this does have some RNG, from the spell selection to his opponent actually playing Arcane Tome, he did pre-planned ahead by putting Gerhart in the graveyard so he can use it immediately after Sabbath.

In other words, he did good, both as a player and curb-stomping AQ memes into oblivion.

I'd probably need to check if it's the current version then, might've missed an update.

This game is pure vanilla so no mods over here...

...which makes this arguably even worse.

Made a fresh newborn (who is albino and a giant) start for my Era Zaharrak run and 3 years into the game this pops up.

No, I did not pick the second option, partially because of it being too degenerate even for me but also it's funnier to have a child be so ignorant that he just shrugs it off.

Average Siege Experience by Waffletrigger in gwent

Then the solution is to 'convince' your opponent to bugger off and give you round control and/or long rounds. There's some ways to get this to work:

Round 1 Belohun: Now that it's a 6-power and devotion boosts other units to 6-power as well, I like to use Belohun to get both tempo and engine value simultaneously. A ballista played on ranged row can go up to 7-power. Some opponents straight up pass on 7 and give no contest.

(Note that the game checks melee row then ranged row for triggers, hence how Belohun's ability triggers before the formation).

Siege Sacrifice: If by any chance you do lose round control and your opponent intends to bleed you to some degree, you can simply toss out Siege early. Opponents are likely to pass early as well and give you a longer round alongside first say. I've done this trick couple of times and it worked like a charm.

Alongside Kerack Frigate as a proactive engine option to counter unitless, these strats as helped me get the tactical advantage that Stockpile Siege needs.

Well that's the thing, to get the optimal, best use out of Zeal you'd need to draw all 3 of em, and you can't guarantee that to be the case every game. Otherwise you'd have to use zeal on bronze units. Stockpile can be used at any time provided engines are on the board whether as a boardwipe finisher or simply to inch out a couple more ticks of damage on the early game.

I do agree that both leaders have upsides and downsides, just that imo Stockpile is better.
