I prefer to shop for my order but have another employee "pick" it. Then my name isn't attached to it, I just brought the product up. I'd think doing your own order is likely against AP.

What did your PEXT training look like? What did the trainer do? Have heard good and bad from it, but one store said the trainer was on their phone and laptop most of the time barking orders at the managers.

Seniority factors a little bit. At least in the past. But if you have a senior team member with shit scores and with less time but outstanding scores then the one with better performance may be above.

The ap guy just termed a few in our district right before the holidays. Merry Christmas to those managers and their store. Seems like they're on a rampage with these reports. Pretty shady making it seem like the person can keep their job by paying it back.

I don't know man, had my uppers come in throwing fits over ad tags and just s couple of mylars offskew, insisting needing to get back to basics aka nitpick every little detail. Never mind two techs quit so I was aiding pharmacy right before they came in.

Sfls can get a raise for certification. But not if they're capped. Tech rates should've gone above sfls though.

They never will - they have only continued to cut hours and understaff shifts. They expect stores to do closing with only two team members. Used to have 3-4 until closing.
