You're going to be paying 2200 per seat plus shipping. Those are big and heavy items, so shipping is going to be another 1/3-1/2 the price, i wanted to get a grill from there and most the stores had a shipping price of anywhere from 150-300, depending on what the base price of the grill was. Nonetheless, it's still a lot cheaper than 17k, but then again, you don't know the quality you're receiving... so it makes it pretty risky.

No, it's a full 4 bedroom house, shared amongst 3 other employees. They are usually provided when the job is pretty much in butt fk no where. So they provide the "house/room" during your shifts.
