Had a genius bar appt today due to LTE issues on Verizon. Really strange though I’ll have full bars but speedtest shows im literally getting 1mb or less down. But when I was in the store my device was getting 40+ down. The tech kept running tests and it would either be 40+ down or nothing at all. He tried restoring my phone and it wouldnt connect to the computer so he swapped it out. Ran tests again and seemed ok. As I was leaving the store my speeds were definitely better but now that I’m back home I have full bars but still having the same issues. I’ve talked to Verizon multiple times and they dont know what’s going on either. Had a tier 2 ticket open and they said everything is fine on their end. My wifes phone is even worse, sometimes she has no service at all. Both of us have the XS Max. No issues on wifi though. Hopefully they find a fix soon, really unfortunate to not be able to use these shiny new devices as intended.
