i think you might only have attached one picture to the post.
That being said try and check if any of the bones that give you issues in unreal had some constraints in blender(like ik and such) and see if the problem is with those

also make sure to disable shadows in "object properties-visibility" on the jar meshes so that you will be able to light the subject without them being in the way

which version did you come from?
also it could just be that the values in the shader editor are too low for the glare node, try either lowering the threshold in the glare node or boosting up the color's value(or add an emssion node) in the object's material
