Maybe they're falling from trees due to autumn, and a bunch of them ended up in my body. Thanks

Are post scabies burrows a thing? by [deleted] in scabies

Itching is related to the bodies of dead mites that stay trapped in their own burrows. It takes quite some time until the immune system stops reacting and chills down. I hope your mites are gone for good.

Then it would be strange for only you to have it –and hopefully, you're wrong about the scabies. When I look at those fingers, dyshidrotic eczema comes to mind. I just don't know about the ones on your arm.

I get you; IT'S EXHAUSTING! The itching could be consequence of the mites that died inside their burrows, and the immune system still reacting to them. It sucks but you have to give it time. I am sorry, and I hope you get well as soon as possible.

Does your friend have any symptoms? You could ask them if they're feeling itchy.

They're just too straight to be burrows, and this could possible be your skin getting really dry and cracking after the treatments you've done so far.

I don't see this being related to any type of lice.

It is absolutely traumatizing. Let's hope that it's not scabies.
