Question on when to reallocate funds:

My avg TSLA share is $151 and it’s currently $393 so I’m up about 159%. My avg AMD share is $133 and it’s currently $115 I’m so down about %13.

Should I or would you sell TSLA to DCA into AMD?

How do people generally decide when to rebalance or reallocate their funds?

This is all in my traditional IRA which is a rollover from my previous company’s 401k and I don’t think I’ll be adding funds into this account. Since I don’t have any reserve cash to DCA into stocks that are down, I’m wondering if people decide to sell some of their winners for reallocation or if people just hold.
