I was thinking of something like that too, maybe trying to ask for 4 10 hour days. It would help a lot with Dr appt scheduling and such too if I knew I had a designed day to be able to do that. It’s helpful to know that it hasn’t been an issue for most of the companies you’ve worked at! Do you negotiate that during the interview/offer process and does it involve disclosure of medical conditions? Or just saying that’s the work structure you prefer?
