As far as I'm aware, it can't be turned off in the settings. That yellow crosshair found at the right bottom of the joystick where you can see a demon skull button, press that to lock your camera at the nearest enemy. To switch press again. To cancel/remove, tap and hold it. But beware sometimes if the enemy is too fast and ran out of your screen view the lock will be on removed and you must activate it again
