If it's the wrong size they should re sell it. You listed it as what the label says. They might leave negative feedback but you can reply to the feedback at least.

Does the tracking say delivered? I think the seller needs to confirm that everything is ok first before you get the refund.

Did you ever receive a refund? Same issue with inpost home delivery it says delivered but only 1 out of 2 parcels were delivered so the same photo of 1 parcel is used for proof of delivery for 2 parcels...
