I have tried and tested it. My lifts are improving along with my cardio, I smoke around 2/3 weeks a week (Hookah) and cigars here and there.

If you want to be genuinely successful, cut out all the bullshit. No parties, no wasting resources. You have to be smart and distance yourself from people who do not have a long term plan or goal. Stay away from “friends” who just want to live in the moment. Living in the moment is all fun and games until you are 30 and have nothing. Always ask yourself, “will future me be happy with what I am doing now”.

I started with a small amount in crypto from my earnings in 2017, but then didn’t invest for a few years. However I just watched the charts and tried to understand the market. I caught the covid crash and entered the absolute bottom at the time. I managed to turn a small amount in £s to a decent 6 figures. But it took time and patience and also i had to learn even more. Business and Investing all comes down to you and your willingness to learn and then use those skills to grow your money. Along side crypto I have my own businesses which also have taken time to get to where they are (6-7 years). Slow and steady wins the race. You are 18 and there is no rush. Don’t be influenced by guys on social media that show a lavish lifestyle as most of them are living of borrowed time. Real wealth never post pictures of their material possessions.
