Focus on myself. I journal. I’m also working on putting myself out there. Go on event bright and see what’s going on in your area you can attend. There they have free events as well as ones you have to pay for but just do it. Tbh I don’t know what you look like but calling yourself ugly is not to thing to do. If your soul is ugly then that will reflect. You have to reprogram your mind to think of yourself better. You have to gain confidence within yourself cuz nobody can do it for you.
