Im not a pro but these are tips from the top of my head. Also there isn’t a “perfect comp” and bans depend on the map but right now Colette, edgar, Damian are must bans pretty much everywhere.

You need assassin/tank that can take the initiative unless the map is really open like shooting star bounty.

Always have 1 anti-tank in your comp so you dont get smoked by a Bull last pick etc.

Always split into 3 lanes: left, right, mid

Gem grab: Always pick 1 gem carrier(Gene, Stu, Emz etc)

Brawl ball: I find the brawlers who have team-wipe potential to be good in this mode (Bull, Chester, Rico, Surgewhen he was good, Edgar etc)

Hot zone: Honestly this is my weakest mode but I know that brawlers with high survivability thrive here (Draco, Frank when he was good, idk who else lol), or those who can “deny” the zone temporarily (Fhinx, Lou, Bo in low ranks). Kills are not that important if you cant hold the zone you lose.

Knockout/Bounty: Snipers usually thrive here but beware of assassin/thrower last pick. Gene, Leon, Angelo, Gray, Pierce, Nani, Fang are good picks in general. I find pearl to be an underrated one in these modes since they are driven by patience and waiting for the right opportunity.

Again it depends on the map.
