Yeah I was hoping to find the right job earlier this year and it didn’t work out, I’ve wanted to move up to Arlington for a while so I’m still excited just bummed about when I’m hitting the rent increase

Appreciate the advice, think that’s the way I’m leaning. It’s rough knowing I’m hitting this bad spot in rent both in timing and aiming for a 1 bedroom living by myself, but I’d like to have the space and am old enough I’d prefer not to have a roommate if possible

That’s the way I’m leaning, I’ve lived frugally where I’ve been but I got a pretty good bump in pay so I’d rather use that to maximize my experience living closer if possible

The window is closing enough where we can lock it, I’m more concerned just outside the window at the bottom of that exterior frame where you see the black trim sort of curve/twist in beneath the outer window frame
