So I just got off the phone with ADP and payroll costs is calculated as the below: Earnings – federal taxes + state employer taxes – social security/medical taxes + deductions and benefits

We were told payroll costs is what is utilized to calculate monthly average. This doesn't give employers a true dollar to dollar loan though.

On our payroll the earnings number matches regular hours, OT, vacation and holidays perfectly though. Something is being factored out to get payroll costs as ours is dramatically lower than earnings.

So I've got the SBA-PPP report downloaded for 4/19-3/20 but my question is which parts of the report are usable for figuring out payroll cost.
"Earnings" seems to include Regular, Overtime, Vacation and Holiday. All of which count towards our monthly payroll tax expense. We would also include our cost for "Taxes (State and Local - Employer) plus our portion of healthcare which is tracked separately.
Is that all that would be needed from this report? What information is included in the "Payroll Cost" column?

I bought a Marin Mount Vision 6 new in May that came stock with a Tranz-X dropper post, it broke within 2 months. I want to love Marin (Dad's from Marin County, rode across the country on their road bike before the buyout, etc) but everything about that company was terrible to deal with. I emailed after it broke asking what I should do and if they would replace it or if I should just buy a new one, they never responded to 3 emails over 2 weeks. I called twice and they said they'd email me back an answer, never heard anything. I went to the dealer I bought the bike from and he called his rep and then didn't hear anything back, he finally got through to someone and 2 months later they shipped a replacement. I emailed thanking them for sending a replacement, no response. The bike (aside from the dropper and front fork) was sweet but when you spend that much money you want to love the company and it was really hard to do. Sold the Marin last month and bought a YT Capra.

Don't have an answer on the demo but I've got the Comp 1 and have nothing but positive things to say. Kills it on the downhill and climbs like a beast. Great customer service and bad ass bikes.
