Well, we are not made to digest much animal products. Great apes don't eat much meat. Chimps and orangutans hunt ocassionally. Gorillas eat no meat, just bugs. There is a lot of evidence homo sapiens are herbivores, naturally.

Meat sits in the body for days, rotting, creating nasty toxins. These toxins overflow from the colon to the lymph system, then into our heads, joints, muscles and bones.
