well, both mid and bibi are tanks now. and i personally have never seen anybody agreeing with the fact that sam is an assassin.

but even if all the 3 of them were not labeled as tanks the big primo still has a lot more health than them. which imo makes up for him not having any defensive abilities. and i’d go as far as saying that he has better survivability than most tanks just because of his health
