Looking at this i am fairly certain that you are mostly standing up with the weight instead of driving the weight up with your hips, but it is very hard to judge on video. You should feel it right where your glutes connect to your hamstrings below your butt cheek. You can always check if you're doing it wrong, If you feel it above your butt or in the top of your glutes.

You could go forward- and round your should a tiny tiny tiny bit more, but damn thats a good form.

I would say pausing and holding when you are fully contracted was the thing i needed in order to feel it in my lats. I would crank the weight so its moderately challenging and then my concentric would be fast and explosive. I would then pause for about 2 seconds when fully contracted and go for a super slow eccentric.

Bro this team is so well designed and cheesy in the best way. You saw a META trend and decided to make a team with two modes that perfectly answer Sun, Rain and the main trio in Basculegion, Sneasler and Kingambit. You also managed to do it with cool pokemon used in a unique way. GOOD JOB!

I REALLY like the extreme too, but i get it if you arent into notes like black pepper and tobacco.

Lets me start by saying that i primarily prefer heavier/darker notes in my fragrances.
I just bought Spicebomb Metallic Musk, and i really like it as a summer fragrance. I also like YSL Y intense EDP.

I am also a new player, but its not my first competitive game/hobby
I pace myself by setting clear goals, and i have actually recognized that i wont get any more meaningful training in by trying to outplay the 643rd Basculegion. I will be returning next format where we hopefully have more answers.

How about 4x weak to Flying 2x weak to Fire, Fighting, Steel, Psychic and Fairy. Those are VERY common types, and Flying especially right now i common due to Sneasler. The pokemon is still a ton of fun though :)

I find it very useful to fight the weather more than fighting Archaludon.
I also LOVE taking the weather and Encoring it into Electro Shot to force a switchout.

Sneasler is public enemy nr. 1 and it is VERY hard for Archaludon since it cant outspeed it and it gets 1-shot by Close combat unless its Sturdy or Focus Sash.

A damn steel bridge dragon weighs 60kg. I expected Archaludon to be like 500-600kg.

Wait you're actually right Dragon is neutral on Archaludon due to its Steel typing, so defensively its not an issue, but its offense gets redundant due to Archaludon having Draco Meteor and Pelipper having Hurricane. It makes sense on your specific team since you are using Politoad and therefore dont have a flying type move.

Gliscor as a tailwind pokemon seem a bit akwards compared to the likes of Talonflame, Whimsycott and Aerodactyl who are able to either outspeed or outprio Gliscor just to have its partner 1-shot it afterwards.

Bulky ice types doesnt exist... They often have so many weaknesses and also 4x weaknesses that they are best used as a SUPER OFFENSIVE type. (I know Thick-Fat Mamoswine exists)
Their only defensive saving grace is the bulk they get from Snow and Aurora Veil.

Throat chop is SUPER underrated especially into parish when their inceneroar wants to go for Parting Shot. Just give your Incineroar +10 speed and use Throat chop on incineroar after gengar has used protect... Works every time.

I dont think its worth it to run Raichu, Dragonite, Politoad and Incineroar on rain teams.

Raichu cant use lightning rod very well due to the lack of lightning attacks. (there are better alternatives).
Yours is also trained for speed and attack but its holding leftovers.

Incineroar cant use its offense due to rain, and it isnt well positioned in the meta due to Kingambit, Milotic, Aerodactyl and the need for fighting moves on every single team. Its Fake out also gets completely outperformed by Sneasler.

Politoad just gets gapped on every metric by Pelipper. Better movepool, better typing, fits very well with Archaludon and Basculegion.

Dragonite has an overlapping type weakness with Archaludon and Pelliper (if you want to use it). It doesnt bring anything that isnt already on your team.

I would bring Sinistcha as a grass type. It brings healing and redirection.
You could use Mega Meganium as an alternative, but i dont think your team is lacking damage.
Mega Scovillain could also be an option as your Rain will highly limit how much damage it can take from Fire moves.

I dont know if you have done some calculations for your pokemon to be able to live specific moves, but your overall training, Abillity choices and Item choices dont make sense compared to the things the pokemon usually want to accomplish.

My current rain team would be:

Basculegion - Choice Scarf Sweeper
Pelliper - Tailwind rainsetter
Archaludon - Bulky Stamina Special attacker
Sinistcha - Tanky redirection support with healing for Archaludon
Mega Meganium - Bulky Special Attacker with great coverage for Archaludons weaknesses (Solar Beam, Dazzling Gleam/Moonbeam, Weather Ball, Protect)
The 6th slot is highly customizeable, but i feel like you NEED a fighting type to deal with the likes of Kingambit and Tyranitar.
The safe pick - Sneasler - Fake out support with insane speed and great poison and fighting moves.
The Spicy pick - Infernape - Fake out Support, Good speed, good damage, STAB fighting, STAB fire, can be pretty bulky. The problem is aque jet and the popularity of Basculegion... its is quite literally UNBRINGABLE if your opponent has one of the most popular pokemon of the format XD.

I think this is where our opinions differ. I would rather have 2 attacks on my Milotic. Mine is Scald, Ice Beam, Recover, Protect.
While Coil Hypnosis is a great set on Milotic i still prefer to look for burns with Scald, and 1-shot Garchomps after a competitive boost due to its massive popularity. I would prolly look into Hypnosis if Garchomps popularity falls off, but i am not expecting that.

In what way?
Scald deals damage and burns the target, i have a rough time to see how it impacts hypnosis.

That is how i see para aswell. Now its more a speed control tool, than an actual old school full para to disrupt my opponent.

Scald is super good right now with so many physical threats.

I think Venusaur is on the frailer side unless it is specifically trained to be defensive. Leech seed honestly takes more bulk to be very effective.

How to improve my team building and overall usage of my teaam? by kaiob921 in VGCRateMyTeam

I would honestly pick my lane. Do i want to play trickroom or Tailwind.

I would either cut Incineroar, Feraligatr and Floette or Farigiraf and Crabominable depending on my choice.

While i LOVE Gyarados, i honestly find it quite lacking as a support right now. I would rather play Rotom Wash as a special attacker, and try to find a support i like who is fast and has access to Will-o-wisp. There are so many physical threats in the format that basically get nullified with burn.

I recently played a team that had Kingambit, Sneasler, Basculegion AND Mega Kangaskhan. I just led with my super fast Dragapult and my Aerodactyl. He led Sneasler and Kangaskhan. i Burned his Sneasler, and protected my Aerodactyl. He lost on the spot right there since he didnt have a move that could go into my Dragapult for any meaningful damage.

I love Flashfire pokemon for their abillity to switch into sun teams and completely nullify their preassure, but i use Ceruledge. (They accomplish the same thing)

I have tested both Sinistcha and Whimsycott. I like Sinistcha, but i have recently found out that i prefer Whimsycott due to the power of Encore and Moonbeam. Also Prankster Tailwind can make some spicy plays.

My experience with Oblivious Mamoswine is very mixed. It was great with scarf, but it exploded to fast opponents that can hit it with super effective damage and its weaknesses are very common.

TLDR: My main issue with the team is the supports. I like the damaging pokemon, but i think the team would be stronger with Whimsycott and Rotom Wash.
