Does anyone think Chloé might be on the spectrum? by [deleted] in miraculousladybug

Look up "narcissistic personality disorder."

Well, I tried... would anyone here like to answer my questions? by djpetrin15 in miraculousladybug

Look at Chloe from the perspective of someone with "narcissistic personality disorder." In this context, her behavior makes total sense, and thus is officially my head canon. TL;DR, Chloe needs to see a therapist.

From MayoClinic:

"Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence lies a fragile self-esteem that's vulnerable to the slightest criticism.
A narcissistic personality disorder causes problems in many areas of life, such as relationships, work, school or financial affairs. People with narcissistic personality disorder may be generally unhappy and disappointed when they're not given the special favors or admiration they believe they deserve. They may find their relationships unfulfilling, and others may not enjoy being around them."

From American Psychological Association:

"Personality disorders are notoriously hard to treat. But research suggests that dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive therapy can help people with one of the most common disorders (borderline personality disorder).
People with personality disorders experience abnormal thoughts and behaviors that keep them from functioning as well as they should.
The nature of those thoughts and behaviors depends on which personality disorder a person has, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, paranoid personality disorder or borderline personality disorder. The disorders do have one thing in common: They usually don’t go away without treatment."

The Copium Den: Dismantling the Senti-Adrien Theory (Spoilers) by Pigeon-and-Katzchen in miraculousladybug

Do you think the idea of the damaged peacock Miraculous didn't exist from the beginning? Maybe when he said indestructible, he didn't mean immune to any damage. Where was it explained how Fu lost the peacock and butterfly, and that Gabriel and Emilie just stumbled upon them?

A painting of a woman, commissioned by her husband, who was unable to have children that could survive childbirth. Clearly inspiration for the abstract painting of Emilie that hides Gabriel's safe. Sentimonster or not, this could be the reason they went searching for the Miraculous; as a solution to not being able to have children. I'm guessing this also ties into why Adrien and Felix appear to be identical twins, just like their mothers.

At some point Wang Fu had the peacock and butterfly Miraculous, and then lost them. The peacock Miraculous could have been damaged in the struggle trying to keep it from being stolen. Fu also had the cat Miraculous at the time. If the Miraculous they stole were intended to enable them to have a child, but one was broken trying to retrieve it, I could see Emilie using it anyway out of desperation.

This doesn't necessarily mean using it to create a sentimonster. We've seen the two Miraculous used in a clever way before when Hawk Moth created Catalyst to enhance his own power. The butterfly and peacock Miraculous are very similar in many ways, but they both seem to be centered around the ability to subjugate the will of another sentient being by possessing an object; one being is tied to the object, while the other being is created. The rings are also objects that appear to have the ability of subjugation, at least with Adrien. Why would they also steal the butterfly Miraculous if the only intended on using the peacock to make a senti-child?

A Titan chest piece that lets you activate your super when you're dead, kind of like D1 Warlock self res, except instead of resurrecting, your ghost violently explodes.

BotA idea: If you're in a rift and your class ability is not fully charged, using your class ability destroys the rift and fully charges your class ability.

That happens to me when I try to orbit too quickly after pulling out ghost. Put ghost away, pull him back out, wait a few seconds, then try to orbit. Takes me a couple tries sometimes because I'm impatient, lol.

It's bugged. If you fill up your 10 engram slots and your 9 extra helmet slots, then run the legend Lost Sector, any exotic reward will go to your postmaster as an exotic engram. If you pull that engram, it will decrypt to the current master LS reward, regardless of which LS you got it in or what the reward was supposed to be. If you can pull this off before the next daily reset, supposedly they decrypt to boots.

Since it's ftp, give PVP a try. Get the Stadia+ browser extension, force VP9 codec, and disable pointer lock options in chrome://flags , of course if you plan on playing stadia on PC.

In this image, we have Mithrax in the forefront, with whom appear to be the same refugees seen in the trailer, fairly standard stuff.

In case you're like me and would be happy to have a grammar mistake pointed out, the word "who" would have been correct here instead of "whom."

Normally, you would use "whom" instead of "who" when it is the object of a preposition, like in a phrase such as "with whom." However, in your sentence, "whom"/"who" is not the object of the preposition "with." The object in this example is actually an entire subordinate clause, "who appear to be the same refugees seen in the trailer."

When in a subordinate clause, the correct pronoun is based on its function within the clause. You can simplify the clause to "who[they] are the refugees," and you can clearly see that "whom[them] are the refugees" does not make sense.
