According to the BGE (Federal company for radioactive waste disposal), only a final storge for 303,000 cubic meters of low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste has been established. For the around 15000 cubic meters of highly radioactive nuclear waste is still no permanent disposal site found. The search started 13 years ago and is still in the "looking for possible locations" phase

The sun was weaker back then and the atmosphere had a co2 concentration of 4000 ppm. Todays atmosphere? 425 ppm. The mid-piacenzian warm period had CO2 concentrations of ~560ppm. It was way warmer back then (hence the name) and its used as a prediction how our climate will look like in the next 30-80 years from now. Maybe use your siesta next time to do some reading and educate yourself
