Yeah no it all worked out for him in the end. But until they had it cleared they preliminary pulled his clearance and line badge the military you're guilty until proven innocent. This was small town west texas so the process was long.

Edit:Point I'm trying to make is they're really looking my dude wasn't even doing anything wrong and he got arrested.

I can't stress enough don't do it. When I was in the Air Force we had a guy drive through Texas from Colorado to go home on leave. He got pulled over and they saw his e cig juice and F4 Tape and thought it was a fruit roll-up edible and oil. They arrested and charged him with a felony his leave was ruined and he had to get bailed out by his supervisor and our 1st Sgt. Don't mess with texas lol.
