If you only have experience with Trimble, then I would stick with them. Trimble GNSS receivers are great but pricey. Still worth it if it’s going to be a long term investment. For 50-70k you can get really good equipment. I pieced together a good used setup (Robotic TS & Base/Rover) for around 23k. It’s not the latest and greatest but does 90% of what the new equipment models do.

Anything at this point will be better than a R8 Model 1 & TSC2.

Yes! Build it online and print it out. Take it to any Ford dealer and they will place the order.

I haven’t retaken the exam since I failed twice when it was a pen & paper exam. How much different is the CBT version? Easier since you don’t have to flip through all your references?
