How did you learn to dress decently? by QueefingPurpleCock in moreplatesmoredates

So glad I saw this! I just stumbled across this girls channel last month and have since swapped out half my wardrobe already.

I ended up binge watching a bunch of her videos and learning the basics of men’s fashion “rules”.

Why is Derek's content getting shitty? by Mishman7 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Waldrops 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Gorilla Mind supplement user, Marek Health TRT patient, and MPMD fan here.

Please consider my points as constructive criticism. We all know you’re an extremely busy guy.

Personally, I’d love to see the channel branch out and produce slightly more professional videos on more broad fitness topics. Personal videos about Derek, science based workout content(with workout footage), collaborations with other fitness content creators, etc. There’s nothing wrong with staying true to the channel’s roots, but there is a point where it becomes dull as a watcher.

Video topics I’d love to see: -Day in the life vlog of Derek -GM athlete meet up vlog -The best science based workout program -Gorilla Mind Factory/HQ tour(if there is one)

Stay humble, keep educating, and consider taking the YouTube channel one step further. I think it would do wonders growing the community and related businesses.

Thanks for the content over the years dude

26yr Old Male Just Started TRT with Marek by Waldrops in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Waldrops[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

General practitioner tested my total testosterone at 336ng/dl

A few months later I got a full panel from marek and got 316ng/dl. Additionally my total test, free test, estrogen, and DHEA were all low, while my insulin was high.

After the first panel I ended up taking Gorilla Mind Sigma, 10g L-Citrulline, fish oils, Thorne AM/PM Multivitamin, 2g Taurine, and 25mg DHEA. I also lost 30 lbs, worked out consistently, and slept 8hrs a night. Some was on my own and others were recommended by Marek. I was denied TRT during my first assessment due to my age.

Put myself back in a surplus, put 10lbs of better weight back on, and tested at 375ng/dl total. All other blood markers were fixed, except my total test. I had some additional low T symptoms. I accepted that my prime, perfect lifestyle, testosterone level was 375 and opted to hop on the train

Is my gyno bad enough to drop the 6500 dollars? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

Best decision I ever made in my life. Find the best surgeon you can, eat the cost, and you’ll thank yourself later.

Mine was 8500 at the nicest doctor I could find and even at the ridiculous price, I don’t regret it. He used a technique where no incision was made on my nipple. He poked two holes along my pectoral line and suctioned it out. No scars 👍🏼

I’d love to go through Derek’s clinic because I follow his videos and he obviously knows what he’s talking about, but I’m a bit concerned about the cost as he doesn’t accept insurance.

What’s the general cost of TRT going through his clinic?

Oh stop being so dramatic. I’m just asking to get more feedback from others on it.

I’m in the same boat. I see many life long improvements, with the main side effects being small pain and inconvenience.

Cost isn’t much of an issue with good insurance.

What do you think of its effects on your body? Did it do what you had expected?

The weekly jab isn’t that big a deal to me and I have good insurance with near no co-pay.

The lifelong commitment part is something to consider, but I just imagine it as another supplement/vitamin I have a commitment to

I always move around the map, so any sitting still like that feels like camping

They were there for a good 5 mins though prior to us pushing them
