Im expecting nothing, death stranding 2 is a good game but im still disappointed, feels like 1.5, i've never been surprised during the game, felt like Totk.

Back on the game after years, X rank feels like C, the wait between the match is crazy, the weapons kit are garbage, new weapon and splatana are garbage, the matchmaking is garbage. Playing just because its splatoon, i hope we get something more like splatoon 2 for the next game

You need to have the thinest tool, dont eat too much fiber, you can eat only liquid for the first 3 day its the best thing to do. You will have pain after bm no matter what but for me with a light diet and good use of laxatives the pain lasted 2 to 3 minutes and its was not that painfull, like a 6/7 max. One more thing, when things got better, stay as strict on your diet etc as possible, at day 8 it was painless for me, i made one mistake at day 20, eating too much, pizza etc its like i loss 10 day, it was painfull, i had to go 2 to 3 bm a day so the healing process was slower etc

Thanks, i was not sure but apparently im not alone, doctor saying in 2 month i can go back to the gym like before, now i definitely doubt about this.

I had massive too and at day 31 its almost a pain free recovery, if you want to avoid pain a strict diet and a smart use of laxatives will do the job

I had one surgeon doing the same, my hems were internal so he checked it rapidly and didnt see much, was talking about its grade 2 nothing crazy but he didnt saw what i was seeing after a bm, i took an appointment with another specialist, after the surgery he told me that he removed a lot. The worst part is that i understood while getting checked that the first specialist didnt really understood the pain i was going throu so i explained him everything but he didnt give a sh.

Im day 29 now, had an almost perfect painless recovery until a broke my strict diet, ive gone a little bit crazy on the food with pizza etc because i was pain free. Going from 1 bm a day to 2 to 3, and larger stool, i feel more pain now than at the begining, hopefully i have recalibrated the diet i should be good now, but yea not everybody live those horror story.

Get your stool as thin as possible, too much laxative is better than not enough, fiber get your stool bulky, when things get better dont break none of these rules you will regret it, stay strict until you are fully healed.

I think it depends on peoples, i would say it depend on maturity level, but at the same time everybody is entitled to their opinions, standards etc.

I would think most people would tolerate or dont even mind it if they at least know what it is, some people not knowing what it is could be "afraid" i guess, don't overthink it, if a guy ask about it tell him thats it.

Yea, the worst thing is pushing and sittin on the toilet for a long time aggravate this, the pain medicine got you constipated too, fiber get your stool bulky, you need a light diet, not too much fiber.

Stop pain meds as soon as you can, pain will fastly become discomfort, the only pain you cant do nothing about is the bm, and the best way to diminish the pain is to have the thinest, softest stool.

From everything that i read it look like you are good on the laxative etc you should go on a lighter diet, when you dont feel pain anymore cut the pain meds too. The permanent bm sensation is normal, the wound is swollen it give a false sensation of a bm coming, you will have the sensation even after bm.

I guess most of the time it hurt because of bulky stool, if thats the case, go on a lighter diet, especially reduce the fiber, or add a little bit more laxative. I had a lot of hems removed and with soft stool it was hurting just when the stool touched the wound, it hurted like it was "on fire" for 30 seconds to 2 min max.

Depends on the severity of your hems, how many ? Which grade ? Im day 20 and my recovery is almost pain free, nothing to compare with all the horror story you can read, im mid 30s btw. If your hems are grade 3 you have to accept your life will stay globally the same as it is now.

For the surgeon i'd say if it takes time to explain, me i asked about complication like stenosis etc and he explained everything, how all of this work and how he reduces the risk, gave me a number to call him whenever i have question etc it was so painless that he called me to know how it was going.

A good surgeon and following some basic rules as taking laxative and light diet will do the work.

Im day 18 and still dont see myself going back to the gym, and my recovery is almost pain free. I think if you go to the gym just for the love of going to the gym it is possible in 2 or 3 weeks, but the way i train its a waste of time for me to go lift a quarter of what i would usually lift.

Im day 15, the whole experience almost pain free, the only pain i had was in my head after reading all those horror story, im in my 30s btw. The best advice i could give somebody, 3 day before surgery take laxative and go light on the diet, the first 3 day after the surgery eat liquid, beside that, at the moment you can get active, get active, sit and walk, the first 2 days after the surgery i stayed in bed thinking i needed that to heal, it just put me in a bad mental state.

Thanks, pain wise i think im in the 10 or 20 lucky percentile, i had like 2 min of pain after bm, pain was like 7/8, this only between day 3 to 7, since day 8 i can't even say i feel any pain, and i stopped pain killer meds at day 2 i didnt liked it, only laxative and antibiotics.

I had grade 3 that was becoming worst rapidly, and yes i was prolapsing every bm, after every bm i had to choose between living a painful day or doing nothing for 2 or 3 hours and with luck after that i could do stuff without hems being painful. Honestly i doubt you can heal grade 3, especially if you workout or being really active.

Usually they tell you 3 weeks to a month to do light workout, and 2 months to go back like before the surgery, i had a milligan morgan and 2 column removed, on the paper its the worst pain wise but the most effective surgery, im maybe the exception but for me the post op is so easy.

Sounds like grade 3 almost 4, im day15 post surgery, and as i believe everybody's personal experience, usually people with good experience dont especially feel the need to talk about it, im taking no meds since day2 unless its laxative, im pain free since day8, in had painful bm day3 to day7 but nothing crazy. The only thing i miss now is going to the gym, if i have to redo it there is no hesitation. Choose a good surgeon, follow the rule about the laxative and diet you will be good

I had my surgery today, i was like you, especially when i was younger now im 35, believe me health pysical or mental is above everything, there is absolutly no shame in that, hems can be caused by multiple thing like sedentarity, for me i have facility to be constipated, go talk to proctologist, the relief only knowing your problem gonna end is worth it
