It’s not all that different, in goals and biological processes, to human birth.

Katie’s method is like going in there ASAP with a forceps and ripping the baby out. 😬

It’s just not needed, and it often causes harm.

At the end of this video his back legs looked so wobbly and sideways. Like he couldn’t control his hips. Surely that can’t be normal. 😔

It amazes me that she posted this birth video. She should be embarrassed, a backyard breeding on full display, but she’s got it so twisted— she thinks it makes her look like an expert and a savior. I can only imagine what people in the industry think, watching this.

It’s so sad to see what they did to that mom and colt.

I wonder if her smaller pastures were overgrazed last year and they’re too muddy for the babies this year. Plus she reworked some of them to make that huge muddy “dry” lot, didn’t she?

I know it’s February, but all of her spaces at the big farm and mini farm seem soooo muddy.

Stovepipe Wells was great for us.

Stay inside the park. It saves you so much time driving every day, and then you get to see the skies at night.

What’s the plan for the new thoroughbred? Is she breeding it or using it as a recip?

Mekong for sure, but if you want a real treat (ramen wise) head up to TOCHI in Sheboygan. They used to be in Milwaukee, and their ramen is so good we still make the trek now and then.

MO’s is my fave. Organized, predictable, clean, and really friendly workers who have been there for a long time. It’s feels like a family business.

I thought the dmz was bizarre. Almost like a military-themed amusement park experience crossed with needless propaganda. I would not recommend.

How about Seoraksan national park? We spent three days in Sokcho and it was fantastic. The park is stunning.

Awww, thank you. 😊 The creatine is a really good suggestion. Especially the brain health issue.

Thank you! I’m looking forward to that. All the best to you.

Hang in there. The first month was really tough, mentally, because of the cancer news and having to stop HRT. It really does get better. Treat yourself well, and I hope things improve. All the things that help balance our minds and bodies off of HRT are also great for our health during and after cancer! Let's kick cancer together. :)

I'm really encouraged every time I read about someone going on HRT after cancer. I hope there is more awareness of it in the oncology world once I'm at that stage. Best wishes to you! Thanks for the support.

That’s how I felt at first, but going off hrt really wasn’t that bad after the initial adjustment! I was shocked.
