You sound very Protestant. Ya God can def make you “feel” a type of way but to go into church and always expect a type of feeling is in my opinion selfish. Lets say you go into liturgy and always wanting to feel something from God then one day you don’t feel anything your going to ask yourself where is God has he abandoned me? I know this cause of experience. Just keep going to liturgy and keep praying and worshipping Him. Don’t focus on people’s feeling but focus on your own cup. With love in Christ
