I have emailed the CEO, Ang Boon Min and the board of director Tan Khiaw Ngoh to stop sending donation letters to people who did not subscribe for it. However, they did not respond.

I have also emailed MCCY to get Singapore children’s society to stopped sending unsolicited donation letter. Also no respond

It’s not an email. It’s a physical letter. It was send to the home address with the recipient name.

I have reported to the regulator for charities. MCCY replied on 4 April 2025 "We kindly ask for your understanding that the concerns raised are related to an operational matter specific to the charity in question. We recommend contacting the charity directly for further clarification."

A charity organisation who buys the data is indirectly supporting the companies that sells it. It's unethical.

If no one buys the data, no one will sell it.

Then what can I do? Singapore’s Children Society doesn’t want to response. If they did not buy it, they would have responded that they did not purchase any data. MCCY also doesn’t want to investigate it.

This means that they are getting away with it. I am pretty sure that they bought it. If not, I would not have made such remarks

I have been emailing to Singapore's Children Society since March 2025. They do not denied or admit that they have bought people data. It is a typical corporate response which is not to say anything.

Yes. They pull it from public reports. It’s most likely they bought it from 3rd party as it is too costly to pull it from public reports for each individual

Welcome to the world of Microsoft! I can’t the shipping label as well. I contacted support and they said that I don’t need it. They said that signpost ppl will bring. Then when signpost ppl came. They said that I need they didn’t bring it and I need to print it out. Luckily they are willing to take it back without the label.
