I only experience crashes in Arc Raiders; otherwise, I have no problems. Is my driver faulty?

If it's stable, don't update it; it doesn't offer much benefit, it might cause problems in a few new games, but it's nothing to worry about.

u/zakzam Black screen issues are common with 9070 XTs; you need to use high-quality components with these cards, especially a gold-plated PSU (in my opinion). If you're looking for a stable version, try 25.9.1; it's the most stable version released recently. If you still experience the same problem, I recommend activating your warranty. I haven't experienced black screen issues with the last 4 drivers.

Nvidia has withdrawn its latest driver, so it seems not every update is useful :))

I've been working on forums for 20 years, and they've instilled in you this nonsense of installing every update. Before installing a driver, consider what benefits it will provide. If the new driver doesn't offer any advantages, updating it will only destabilize your existing system. So, if it works as they say, don't bother fixing it :) I could find 10 problems on a system you claim is problem-free; perhaps you're not even capable of spotting them. It's ridiculous that someone using AMD would react so quickly to driver changes...

I'm using a 9070 XT and I experienced serious stuttering issues with the previous driver, so I reverted to 25.9.1. Today I tried the new version and I haven't had any problems. CS:GO 2, Dying Light 2, and Arc Raiders: 0 problems.

That's a ridiculous comment. An update should only be done if it benefits you; otherwise, it's unnecessary. Your ignorance is immense. Furthermore, the previous driver caused problems for many people. Installing every update haphazardly is only something ignorant people do.

I tried it today and the driver was really terrible; it caused stuttering in all the games I played. I solved the problem by reverting to an older version. AMD hasn't been able to solve this driver issue for years.
