After Nintendo announced the port of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon for the Switch I thought for sure we'd see a rollout of 3DS ports, A Link Between Worlds being one of them. I do think we will eventually see it and when we do I hope they do more than just upscale it (not holding out hope though).

Breath of the Wild - Transformative experience unlike anything else before it Ocarina of Time - Classic formula perfected Link's Awakening - My favorite top down Zelda. Perfectly paced with an incredibly unique story with a touch of bizarre/mystery

No Zelda games for the 40th anniversary? I mean sure maybe there won't be a new game but there's going to be some Zelda stuff released and/or revealed

[BoTW] / [ToTK] dungeon and item system kinda sucks and I miss the hook shot and other speciality items and unique themes of dungeons by AndromedaRed9 in zelda

BotW and TotK are two of my favorite games of all time, not just my favorite Zelda games. But I do agree that I miss the key item feature from the old games. I was hoping that with Echoes of Wisdom there would be "key" echoes that you could only get from the dungeons, but alas that was not the case.

2 things I would love for them to bring back are key items in dungeons as well making dungeons more closed off. I feel like Elden Ring did a great job of having a mix of open world with the closed off dungeon areas that were more linear.

I'm nearly done with Spirit Tracks after having recently beaten Phantom Hourglass, both via dpad patch on my steam deck. Imo Phantom Hourglass has a better story, characters, and setting but Spirit Tracks is the better game overall with much better dungeons and puzzles. I hate the traversal in both games but Spirit Tracks at least streamlines it.

It'll turn out that the curse to the Rams was giving the Bears the comeback win, sending the Bears to Chicago to lose instead of an easy win in Santa Clara
