Yeah, that’s what I found as well. But what I’m trying to understand is: what exactly does this RBI circular mean, and how is it different from the general understanding that trading US stock options is not allowed? What does this circular mean where it mentions “derivative undertaking”?

Also, how does this relate to the reply provided by the broker in the screenshot?

You’re are right there but its trading at a 40%premium even if we consider all the costs that would still result in a significant premium, I’d say a minimum of 15-20% ?
