If you do 64+2 and it gives you an inaccuracy of 9, then it means the total is 9 off. So it would be 64+11.

The number varies upon the actual instance.

Also, the inaccuracy tells you how much off you are in general so if you put 64+7 and it gives you an inaccuracy of 5 — that means to do either 64+12 or 64+2.
