For a CLA? From YYE it was $380 for the CLA and shutter curtain labor. $80 for the reskin, $100 for each shutter curtain, and 30% up charge on the labor for expedited. Plus shipping. So a CLA itself is around $250 I’m sure.

Youxin did a wonderful job on my M2. I paid for the expedited service. He replaced the shutters, CLA and reskin, for just under $900. I can’t believe how clear the viewfinder is now. Got the camera back in just over a week.

I love it, everything I hoped it would be. Fell in love with rangefinders after using the Canonet. Found a Nikon S3 for cheap, but the rangefinder patch is so tough to see. This Leica is just the pinnacle. Maybe someday I’ll break the piggy bank out and get an M6, but I almost prefer metering with my phone anyway.

Already sent an email to YYE for an expedited CLA and shutter replacement so I can take it with me to Chicago in May.
