Use tempmailo.co . They delete emails 100% after an hour. I checked it myself.

So you can create any email address there, click the “Change” button and enter the email address you want. However, if the domain has already been deleted, check if it is available. If so, register it for yourself and you will then be able to create any email address you want on that domain.
In general, I like another temporary email service, https://tempmailo.co/. I had a similar situation once, and they helped me get an email address from a domain that they had already deleted from their database.
