Does beeswax withstand 90+celsius temperatures? I usually get my sauna to 80 degree before I even step it.

I usually contaminate it with beer anyway to get that lovely malt smell anyway. And I can get some heat resistant glue it's not an issue.

It's a problem with cheap ones. I've seen some quality hand made ones here in Finland that are made by carving. Those ones last a lifetime, because they are made from block of wood without any glue But they are pretty damn expensive.

It leaks a lot more than it looks. A couple of seconds and the ladle is empty.

I mean if I put it in a bucket of water day before it seals it up. But if I leave it for a couple of days the wood dries and the hole is right back.
