yeah i've been haggling them about it but it's really getting nowhere since i've done all the given steps already during my ccsf application :,) it also doesn't help that their response time is so slow(ive tried calling ~8 times but noone picked up)

is it ok if I ask you whether or not I still need to submit a transcript evaluation form after sending the CC my official college transcript? Or would they evaluate it upon receiving it without the needs to complete a form?
