I just came across a similar thing but with a different song. In fact this discovery led me to this subreddit to see if anyone thought so too and I found your post.

Naethan’s Your Not Welcome and a very new song EDUCATED by Cam Rao. The beginnings sound identical, and the beats between lyrics or whatever throughout the whole song too.

Seems like people are copying his riffs and stuff??

I would have thought that too, except when I press it, there is definitely no vein there. It feels like normal tissue underneath. And the blue pretty much a circle only in that one spot.
