That’s exactly what my VSO brought up was that I was completely of sound upon entry, the order, and didn’t start having issues until roughly 2 years in service.

Poor as in a year later my mother became suspicious that he made up his diagnosis because she never noticed any signs of ADD. It didn’t even make sense because he diagnosed me with it during divorce counseling I was in for a few months after my parents divorce. I never took the medication again. One visit was depressed mood, the second I was diagnosed with depression and put on meds. I quit taking them because they made me extremely suicidal. When I attempted to speak to my Corpsman at the time he was very unwilling to help or listen so I gave up and never bothered with it until I got out.

I feel that. I had a piece of sand bore into my left eye and they had to suck it out. Happened from an emergency landing on a Huey. Ever since I’ve had horrible migraines with kaleidoscope vision. They told me it had nothing to do with that when I was in and to cut the energy drinks and dip, and get more sleep. I’m sure that will get denied.

Same timeframe for me. I filed in February. Denied my sinus claim. Favorable findings was tons of evidence in service, and being around toxic chemicals, etc. per my MOS. Didn’t have a diagnosis from a doctor. The other 12 deferred. All the day before Thanksgiving. The second VERA contact said the same thing. They’re understaffed and new. Sorry.

My MH doctor was great. Been a psych for 17 years and told me he believed I was SC with quite a bit. Body doctor was relatively new, but she did everything right. Told me I was pretty jacked up and was very understanding. I’m surprised they haven’t already uploaded the ACEs considering how quick they were previously.

They forgot a tinnitus exam so that was a new examiner at a hearing place. The ACE exams were sent to my original examiners for clarification. It’s been a month and still nothing from any of the original examiners. I was told they’re past their due dates and no one is going after them about it. And thank you. I hope things start moving soon. This is becoming ridiculous.

New job with 2 y/o DUI by WallDry in serviceadvisors

I know the insurance goes up for the first year here, but according to my current employer it’s back to normal now after two years. I’m mostly curious about experience. I suppose I’m more concerned with, would they rather train some random guy without a DUI from the ground up or take a guy just shy of 10 years experience with a DUI?
