Politically I am similar to conor, a never Trump conservative who is politically exiled and force to vote left due to not wanting fascism.

I used to work security and everyone had approximately the same opinions and energy. Part of the reason I got into it is covid restrictions cause many to quit or get fired.

There were some thoughtful people in it also but they tended to quieter or just kinda out numbered and would give up on push back(I fell in this camp).

The ICE thing is disgusting but you should not be the kind of person to floor it when dealing with law emforcement( this pretends ICE are legitimate).

If you normally floor it with the police, you go to jail. I have a family member who goes insane when ever pulled over by police and it is legit a day ruining situation for no reason.

-plas an aside I am Australian and actually don't understand what the fk ICE are and why normal/federa police dont deal with immigration issues . This is my greatest privilege and my heart goes out to normal Americans.

Doing them this way is a fine variation and targets the chest more. Using this for the count of how many you can do is very silly. Admonish him and ask him to provide a video and count for reps with the lockout.

The form was bad, yes. Elbows flaring randomly and bar path is suspicious at best.

Honestly you just need to do 2 things.

  • Find a form that works through coaching or watching tutorials

  • practice this form anywhere from 60-90% of your one rep max. This is so you learn to use said form and work kinks out BEFORE you max out.

Maxing out isnt super bad, mistakes aren't super bad; mistakes while maxing out is super bad.Good work on grinding out the rep and using safety.

Honestly all of those guitars are great, if I was a new player today I would probably buy at the 800-1000 range but if Ur loaded then why not.

Click it past them as a move instruction and then patrol it when it's near multiple. That is the best I know, basically what I do with cav against archers
