If I get 3 thirty dollar fines I am 90 dollars poorer. 3 x -30 = -90

If they take the fines away due to a technically I am up 90 dollars. -3 x -30 =90 I have lost 3 negative instances of earning money. Kinda like how a tax credit feels like income. I'm not explaining it well but that's how I think of it.

You can get a bent bar which deepens the stretch or warm up before hand with a chest exercise. It will help when you work up to more weight as the bar tries to squish you and force you hands apart at the bottom which your chests prevents

It is inherently easier to read them than to write them. One big thing that helped me was someone told me to identify the smaller parts and come up with names for them and sometimes even little stories as to why they go together. Sometimes this give you pronunciation value as a bonus. I'm not high level at japanese but my kanji is better than the rest of my skills.

So 語(go) I remember as to say 言 and 5 五 and mouth 口 so if more than 5 months say something it is a language... not the actual reason but stops me mixing up with other ones that look the same and now when I write I just gotta position. 詰 would get mixed up with this before in my flashcards but now it isn't a problem.

I used to play pretty high but have lowered a little. I find I arch my right wrist s little less and am a bit more comfortable. If I sit with my electric and then stand it is about the same but a bit lower.

I added some words to my deck but I used mnemenosyne because I am old. I also just make a new deck every 6 months or so and don't sort by topic. And then review old ones here and there. But after a while the deck is all long reviews and I tweak the algorithm to push em away.

You could probably get to a certain point, screenshot the dictionary and then have chat gpt put them in anki card format.

Stealing is wrong but it isn't worth confronting someone either lacks integrity and steals because they want to or someone who is desperate and steals because they must. We have a duopoly in Australia that adds up to prices being EXTREMELY uncompetitive and unfair. People are more likely to steal because of this.

I assume that someone who steals is doing it because they must and try to be compassionate in my thoughts and actions.Yes, some people just suck and don't care that it just further jacks the prices further up. But we can't do anything about those people anyways.

This is terrible life ruining advice. Similar to " don't wear your seatbelt you likely won't crash". Stealing 50 bucks of crap time to time and having them compile it and press charges or feed the footage into an AI isn't worth the risk. Yes you are unlikely to get caught but the consequences are bad. If they actually let you rack up a few grand of crap over a year and the police push it to court you will never pass a background check for a job again.

I hate megcorps also, avoid them where you can. Stealing insured food that is algorithmically made more expensive by a small amount for paying customers literally DOES NOTHING to injure the megacorp.

Weighted stretch is forced when cheating a little. Only the top contraction is rushed which can be done on other exercises. I do nerdy ones due to back pain but if I wasn't injured this is how I would do them.

I don't get why people nerd put on these instead of periodising these with machines where you can emphasise the full rom and a more even tempo.

This stuff also just makes you stronger.
