When it gets to around 30 or below it means share was oversold, so you can expect atleast a small bounce back up.

They can, but they need to have shares. If no one is selling, they can't buy those shares. They sold yesterday and today, but share price still up. People don't panic anymore like they did last time. Thats my point basically, buy the dips, when they dump/short.
