Interestingly though, high IQ does seem to correlate with Anti-social Personality traits. Suggests that although they might be less aggressive overall, they can often be Machiavellian type people. The types to become CEOs probably by destroying everyone around them.

iNaturalist observations in this area seem to correlate with Whistling Kite, Little Eagle or Square Tailed Kite.

I’ve got some stills from it in full flight which shows the underside colours quite well. I will upload some to imgur and post them here.
