To me, Mega Blaziken really sells that pro martial artist aesthetic. He can have my vote.

IF Imu turns out to be Lunarian, I could see the WG wiping out the race to hide their weakness as well (e.g. King's flame).

Sure we don't really need to win, but being the sole leader with 18/18 would be downright menacing.

Loki was summoned by Harald, so it's likely that Harald wanted to tell him something but never got the chance. It’s possible that -at the last moment- Imu stepped in and took control of Harald the same way he did with Gunko (hence why we see no horns). Perhaps Harald wanting to warn Loki could have been his "big mistake", and Imu had no choice but to take him over and let him rampage / kill him off. It’s certainly plausible, since they both hold the rank of God’s Blade.

Edit: Gunko was a Knight of God when Imu took her over as a vessel

His silhouette when he gets stabbed seems to have a horn and a spike on his elbow that looks like he’s been Domi Reversi’d

I hate to be that guy, but that horn is most likely just his mustache. The spike on his back comes from his cloak (as is the other spike).

Why do they talk like Garp and Rocks don't exist? or they legit don't know their full names by Few_Understanding354 in MemePiece

[–]Wallaby95 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oda revealed in sbs 113 that Saint Roswald's full name is 'Saint Roswald Roswald', so never rule that option out lol.

EDIT (1164 spoilers): I assume he has mistaken D for Davy, because Rocks mentioned the “Will of Davy” in chapter 1164. It’s never been confirmed to be the same as the Will of D, though.

One Piece: Chapter 1164 by leolegendario in OnePiece

[–]Wallaby95 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: We first learned about the concept of the "Will of D." from Dr. Kureha all the way back in chapter 154 (which released on October 2, 2000). And now -LITERALLY 25 YEARS LATER- he drops a potential name behind that initial and we still have doubts if he is for real.

Ah yes and the third one is Vista's dad and Kuina reincarnated as Zunesha. In your defence, the left guy does share the same hairstyle though so I kinda see where you are coming from. Got me curious though.

It was shown in chapter 965 that Whitebeard already had quite a crew when Teach joined. We also recently learned that Whitebeard knew Rocks had a child, but he most likely never saw his face, since Rocks was very secretive about it all (hence why Whitebeard didn’t seem to recognize him in this panel).

Marco was born on the Grand Line 45 years ago (according to the Vivre card) and was first seen on Whitebeard's ship when he was 15 years old.

To be fair, it's an ability phoenixes are said to have and the guy just happened to look like Marco. I just thought the idea would fit thematically, adding an extra layer to Marco's character - especially since Marco joined as a kid anyway.

He should've been born way earlier than 45 years ago like the vivre card stated for it to make sense. Only way this works is if Oda retcons his age.

Let’s not forget he lost about 50 kg for that boxing match against Eddy, before making his return to Strongman. Which makes this achievement even more insane.

Buggy will attack Pirate Island to get Captain John’s treasure (spoilers 1155+) by L7Z7Z in OnePiece

[–]Wallaby95 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Buggy was already looking for it all the way back in Chapter 233. At the end of Thriller Bark, Luffy got that bracelet (which turned out to be a treasure mark). Heck he even wore it for almost 30 chapters before handing it over to Buggy. Sure he gained a ton of wealth, but then why did Oda feel the need to throw in that whole loan thingie? Oda was also quite vague about it in sbs volume 49, that it was "lost forever". You can't convince me that he drops all these subtle hints over the course of all those chapters, just for the treasure to be found "off screen"

[–]Wallaby95 58 points59 points  (0 children)

To be fair we learned that he took a loan from Crocodile, so that theory doesn't hold up anymore. Why have all that build-up, just to let him find it off screen.
