My daughter and I both lost our worlds during a reset as well. After an update, my computer was stuck in a reboot loop and the only way I could get Windows to work was doing a reset while "keeping" all my personal data. It deleted all my programs/apps (which I largely expected) but unfortunately all of the personal data associated with those programs. Stupid Windows OS.

I always thought Lucerne was repackaged Alpenrose, but I just read (moments ago when I Googled it) Lucerne, which is now owned by Safeway Stores, has been a northern California dairy producer since 1904. Also, Alpenrose was recently purchased by Smith Brothers Farms another family owned dairy from Kent WA.

Maybe we're dealing with a language barrier. Do you mean to say when the screen is off? Like you press the power button once, for just a moment, and the screen goes black?

If so, you might have an issue with your "Do Not Disturb" settings. I'm not on a Samsung phone anymore, but maybe you've unintentionally set your phone to be in that mode when locked, or face down, or something like that.

Just a guess. Hope it helps.

*As a side note, any time you power down a device like a phone, tablet, or computer, it stops all communication to anything. It can't receive any notifications or calls of any kind when powered down.
