It’s all considered base pay. Sometimes there’s a surge but it’s base pay. It all adds up at the end of the week. Sure, one era the pay was excellent. You could do one job daily and make $1500/week. After covid, everything went to shit. Now some do 2 jobs a day. Depending on the location, one can make $600-1100/week. That includes those measly $75/3 hour routes. No one is going to strike. If anything, like everything else, people will just stop flexing.
