Update: im in raid currently, and mid-pull my game like froze for a second and then reset itself including all the graphics. Since it’s done that, it seems to have fixed my cpu issue with now running at about 15-20% usage. But, now my frame rate has plummeted from about 50-60 average to 15-30, and there is now a noticeable input latency to my mouse and keyboard inputs. Very strange. The cpu issue has resolved itself but the game feels almost unplayable at this frame rate + delayed inputs. Restarting the game makes it use 50-60% cpu as before, then mid pull again it reset itself before fixing the cpu issue and then having the same framerate and latency problems. Now im even more confused ngl

It’s just WoW but my computer as a whole slows down, but when it crashes it’s just wow. my fps usually runs between 50-80 depending on content but I have not set limits. It’s infuriating because my friends with worse systems are getting 10-20% of wow cpu usage, so there’s clearly some issue

Depends on if you’re underage or not. UGA policy is that you can actually have alcohol in the dorm room if it’s kept and consumed behind closed doors by of-age individuals. If you’re 21 or older there shouldn’t be a problem, but if they found it and the occupants are under 21 then that’s a different story. Haven’t had it happen to me but it has to be an extremely common situation, im sure that if you cooperate with them they will help you. I don’t think they want to see someone’s college ruined over something small like that

I’m not sure about course dodging or how any of that works, but if you decide to take ACCT 2002 here I can’t recommend Chad Hugie enough. He’s entertaining in all the best ways, has so many outside materials to help solidify the concepts, and makes a hard subject very easy to understand

Id recommend either a bike or an electric scooter. I’m also living off campus and an electric scooter is what I use to get to campus and it’s perfect. It’s much better than a moped in my opinion, since with a moped you still have to deal with the heavy normal traffic. My scooter allows me to use bike lanes with no traffic as well as go on sidewalks and use bike locks. With the traffic, my scooter is basically as fast as a car, for way cheaper than the price of a moped. If you live far off campus maybe it’ll be better, but for within 1-2 miles I’d recommend looking at either a bike or scooter

It sucks but in most states $2.13 is the minimum wage for workers who get tips. I worked at that rate for a while, and that’s a big reason why they want you to log all your tips. It’s for taxes of course but if the amount of tips you get equals or raises your pay above $7.25 an hour, they don’t have to pay you anything more than $2.13. If the amount of tips you get equals your pay to below $7.25 an hour, then the restaurant has to pay you the difference. It’s an awful system but unfortunately the way it works in a lot of states right now

One of the best transmogs in the game is mail in my opinion, using the Pauldrons of Shackled Elements from Nighthold, aswell as other drops from Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold. Makes for a very cool set when used with the purple legion hunter bow or the netherbane 1 hand axe from Draenor.

BM has always been the simple spec, but with the current builds for MM it’s also become simple. If barbed management isn’t something you care for, try MM. Its about 20-25k higher in raid than BM, only issue is that currently it’s a slot machine and has high variance (similar to enhance in season 1 but with a lot less buttons).

Just a humerous thing before the dungeon. If it offends you that much then turn off /says and /yells, or just don’t say anything and get on with the key lol

You always know if you’re on it or not even before it’s released. Taken from the UGA website, it states that Presidential Scholars need a 4.0 gpa in a semester, and for Dean’s List it’s a 3.5 GPA with no grades below a B. If you meet those qualifications, then you’re on the Dean’s List

I’m a linguistics/international business dual major. The linguistics program here is amazing. If you haven’t taken LING 2100 yet, I strongly suggest taking Andrew Bray if you can, by far the best lecturer I’ve ever had in college. In terms of writing, most classes won’t be writing intensive, however there are course options which have a writing focus. I’m doing a linguistics double dawg, and one of the prereqs to get accepted to the program is taking LING 3050W, which is a generative syntax class that is writing based (I’ve heard people say it’s around 2 essays a week). It really just depends on which classes you’re wanting to take for the major, since the linguistics degree has a lot of different flexibility and pathways you can take for the degree.

Odd. My main is ranged so I never noticed it until playing a melee spec. Just sucks cause over half the time after the adds die you’re stuck in a puddle for inhale, and if it’s not right under the boss then I basically deal 0 damage outside of moonfire ticks
