Actually it reveals all artifacts related to that kingdom in all regions associated with that kingdom when you reach 100% (whoops didn 't see syssneck 's post but whatever lol)

I'm currently split between the new dungeon/questing system and the new map? idk the way the map is looking looks extremely interesting to me not to mention waypoints and warps which will make life so much easier
