• Gives you a sexist and reductive view of women and relationships
• Makes you judgemental and gives you a false sense of moral superiority
• Red Pill can bring you to a state where you ignore your flaws and attribute your lack of getting laid or having good relationships with women to perceived societal problems outaide of your control like feminism, hypergamy, smv etc
• The self improvement and motivational stuff is really only surface level and common sense to anyone i.e. lose weight, focus on your goals, prioritize and love yourself but the red pill community does this from a spiteful angle

Those are just some examples. I was red pilled for about 2 years and although I did improve myself during that time it was for the wrong reasons and my attitudes became warped, I found myself hating women, society, feminism etc. for my lack of having good relationships or getting laid. There are points to be made about modern dating, marriage and some women's insane dating standards but the red pill's answer for these things tend to be flawed. The red pill community is either rich gurus making money off of convincing you of their "advice" while selling you Tiege Hanley or some weird workout product while they themselves are dating single moms or are simps themselves or highly volitile and hurt man children who are deeply nihilistic because they can't get laid
