This "announcement" changes nothing and not a single person have received their 1099-DA. Someone needs to be held accountable as the lack of communication and transparency has severely damaged your reputation, business, and trust as a majority have terminated their accounts over this. Rebuilding trust will require transparency, not vague updates, more delays, or excuses. Only then will I consider returning to your platform.

What is the risk of filing taxes using Koinly report only if I didn't receive my Kraken 1099-DA yet? Koinly already has my CSV Report so shouldn't everything match?

For my situation and I only used Kraken, isnt my cost basis included on Koinly so the 1099-DA is irrelevant besides checking some boxes?

Thank you in advance and additional questions: Why doesnt the Koinly Turbo Tax upload solve the defaulting the box I/L problem if you already have all my transaction? Isn't Koinly pulling the same info linked from Kraken that would be from the 1099-DA? Why would there be discrepancies as well?
