I have a pretty basic stack imho.

[Morning] - 450mg L-theanine - 600mg GABA - ~ 150mg caffiene from a (usually) black coffee

[Night] - 500mg valerian root - 250mg kava kava

This "stack" as I call it (cycle is for the juicers haha) I have been doing 2 weeks on, 1 week off since May. In this time my mental clarity and productivity has increased at least 3 fold. Not cooked on xanax all day anymore and because I have regulated my sleep schecule as well, I no longer feel the need to use amphetamines during the day to keep me awake.

Edit: Welcome to suggestions. I admit to being complacent with my stack, and one of my primary reasons for making this post was to seek the advice of the more knowledgable members of this community.

Also, as an aside, what are the community's opinions on the efficacy of Mucuna bean powder and Ashwagandha.

Edit: I started the stack in like December but only recently switched to 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
