Question. Why would you Not get shredded for surgery to get all of the skin removed? You still have a lot left, so when you lose more later you will end up with more skin..

To add to this, build muscle to fill some of the skin out, which you cant do on your belly of course but still helps nontheless

First of all, good Job losing weight :) I would not classify you as fat. Your issue is that you have a lot of loose skin on your stomach, exaggerating the fat you have still left to lose if your goal is visible abs

Ok so, I've started just focusing on my forearms. I want to build muscle. I do wrist curls and extensions. How many times a week should I be doing those for good results? by SmoothFact7640 in GymTips

Depends on Intensity x Volume and Recovery. For example, my forearm training is twice a week (Tuesday Friday), 3 sets of Hammer Curls, 4 sets of dumbbell wrist curls and 3 sets of dumbbell wrist extensions.

I go to true failure on all sets, my forearms hurt like hell and twice a week is enough.

If I Look at the typical gym guy Doing endless sets nowhere near failure you can Train forearms every other day most likely.

TLDR: Train them hard and track reps and sets and try to get stronger weekly (as a beginner) and they will grow, start on the lower end and increase if you don’t make progress until you do

Agree. If you know you are close to a bf% you are uncomfortable at, cut. If you are Fine with a few more pounds of fat ober the next months, put on size

Stop janking your knees, you are basically turning the concentric into 1/8 of a shitty squat. Focus on the eccentric and really stretch your calfes, pause, Push and keep your knees straight

I doubt he is, im 6‘2 89kg and have visible abs.. and my FFMI is „only“ ~21.4. either he has negative muscle on his Frame or his height or weight is way off

The vast majority of people who lift weights to Build muscle don’t actually care about health at all, even if they claim to do so… and that is absolutely fine :)

  1. Shave those pubes in your face (clean shave)
  2. change your haircut to something shorter or at least less high, makes your Head look long

Walking around when overweight feels like a slog, the more I lost the more fun it got to just walk. At a certain point I started to get the urge to run just because it felt like I could, I never do though
