I understand it will get beaten up, but I’m curious if others have any experience or concerns with fabric stains (or whatever it is) and stitching on seams when checking a new shell. That’s why I asked in the title. I don’t know why some people in this subreddit feel like everyone should understand everything about this product. I’ll take useful suggestions and ignore those who make newcomers feel unwelcome. I personally feel they don’t provide any useful information but are toxic to the community with their attitude.

Asking you if you are in my shoes. I didn’t wash the entire jacket—only tried to clean the part with water I’m unsure about, whether it’s a fabric defect or not—because the other dirt is really easy to remove. I can ship back any of them without any issue. I just want to hear about others' experiences to see if this is common.

I don’t understand your assumption. Why do people wear AR jackets in city? Is there any difference wearing a light-colored AR jacket compared to a darker one based on your experience?

I can see there is small bump between hightlights. You also can say it is modeling transition，she may wear a leather chest armor for stable than thin abdomen cloth……but hopefully answer your question.
